To speed up initial synchronization, download blockchain below:

To download this in Linux:

wget -U Mozilla https://www.bitcoinrm.org/blockchain.txz

Next, you'll need to extract the .tyz file you downloaded.

Repeat the extraction process with Blockchain.tar. Then open the BitcoinRM application on your desktop. A pop-up will ask where the Blockchain files are located.

Make sure the file path matches. After selecting your chosen directory, please be patient! It can take several hours for the wallet to fully sync with the blockchain.
